Martin Bakker and Stephen Bibb created this six floor masterpiece at the Uitenhage Provincial Hospital in 2008.

Martin was commissioned to create the trophies for the Billabong Pro 2007 Surfing Competition. Taj Burrow won the Competition. Kelly Slater came 2nd.
